The client wanted a better overall layout of their website, a channel to their Facebook page, and the ability to collect patient form information directly through the website.
We streamlined the website with a home page that provides an overview of what the client offers in addition to a simple, easy-to-follow,navigation menu. The Facebook icon is featured in the footer which appears at the bottom of every website page. We created a forms page to display the various documents patients need to complete before their appointment.
