The client wanted a better overall layout of their website, a channel to their Facebook page, and the ability to collect patient form information directly through the website.
I revamped the entire aesthetic of the website with a home page that gives an overview of what the client offers in addition to a simple, easy-to-follow, navigation menu. The Facebook icon which is linked to the client’s Facebook Page is included in the footer section which appears on every single page of the website. An entire page is dedicated to forms in which patients may download, complete, then upload the forms directly on the website.The staff at Medical Center Oral Surgery then receives the uploaded form by email to input in their system before the patient arrives for their appointment.
